Terms and Conditions of Service

The Free Trial is available to new Users who have not previously registered for or used the Service. Each User is entitled to one Free Trial per email address.

The Free Trial lasts for 30 days from the date of registration.

During the Free Trial, Users have full access to all features of the Service, subject to these Terms.

No payment information is required to start the Free Trial. Users will not be charged during the Free Trial period.

At the end of the Free Trial, Users may choose to subscribe to a Paid Subscription. If no subscription is purchased, access to the Service will be discontinued.

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Free Trial at any time without prior notice. The Company may also limit the Free Trial to one per User or household.

After the Free Trial, Users may purchase a Paid Subscription to continue using the Service. Subscription plans and pricing are available on the Website and may be updated from time to time.

Paid Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected. Billing begins on the date the subscription is activated.

Unless canceled by the User, Paid Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. Users will be charged the then-current subscription fee.

Users may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. Changes take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

The Company accepts payment via credit card, debit card, or other methods specified on the Website. By providing payment information, you authorize the Company to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing information. You agree to update your payment information promptly if it changes.

If a payment fails, the Company may suspend or terminate your access to the Service until payment is received. The Company is not responsible for any fees charged by your financial institution.

Users are responsible for any applicable taxes, including sales, use, or value-added taxes, unless otherwise stated.

Users may cancel their Paid Subscription at any time through their account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User's account at its sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms or fraudulent activity.

All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms. If you cancel during a Free Trial, no charges will apply.

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include the right to download, copy, modify, or distribute any content from the Service.
