About
The film is envisioned as a large-scale historical espionage thriller centered on the Culper Spy Ring — the covert intelligence network assembled by Washington during the Revolutionary War that helped shift the trajectory of American history. The adaptation will focus on the unlikely group of ordinary citizens recruited into the mission, including a reserved Quaker merchant, a tavern keeper, a brash young longshoreman, a curmudgeonly Long Island bachelor, a coffee house owner, and a mysterious female operative whose efforts helped shape the birth of the United States.
