The Summer They Came
WRAPPEDProject Info
About
Long Spot, Rhode Island is a postcard-perfect fishing village where nothing much happens anymore. The beaches are pristine, the storefronts are half-empty, and the town’s biggest annual event barely warrants a flyer. That changes when an ambitious group of outsiders quietly rebrands the town online as the next great gay summer destination, flooding social media with fantasy, promise, and just enough truth to make it stick. Suddenly, the visitors arrive. Lots of them.
