Description: The story take place in the small town of Monta Clare, Missouri, where an abduction of a teenage girl is intercepted by the most unlikely hero. As a result, the lives of all involved are set on an unusual trajectory. Patch, a one-eyed local boy who fancies himself a pirate, saves the girl and, in doing so, leaves heartache in his wake. His best friend Saint, fiercely loyal, soon discovers that the line between triumph and tragedy has never been finer. Their search for answers will lead them to truths that could mean losing one another.
