Description: Evil Genius is based on the "Pizza Bomber" case from 2003, involving the death of pizza delivery man Brian Wells in Erie, Pennsylvania. Wells was forced to rob a bank with a bomb locked to his neck, and the bomb detonated after he was apprehended, killing him. The complex and bizarre case, which included elements of a scavenger hunt, is the subject of the Netflix documentary series Evil Genius.
