Description: “Iron Jane” centers on Janie John (González), a woman shaped by a childhood of neglect and feeling unseen, who is drawn into a world where strength commands attention and bodies are sculpted rather than inherited. Female bodybuilding gives her something she’s never known: the opportunity to become untouchable. Under the guidance of a former champion (Sklenar), Janie undergoes a brutal transformation, driving her body beyond its limits through obsessive training, performance enhancers, and growing dependency. As her physique becomes more imposing and her rise in the sport accelerates, her sense of reality begins to unravel. Caught in a culture that glorifies perfection and condemns vulnerability, Janie descends into a dangerous pursuit of a godlike ideal that is slowly consuming her from the inside out.
