Description: Renner, a computer genius with severe OCD accepts an invitation to get to know his neighbors, Jamie and Chad, a brother and sister. Jamie, sympathetic and seductive, sees past his eccentricities and develops an intimate relationship with Renner. His attraction to her forces him to overcome some of his oddities and deeply rooted fear of relationships with women. Because of their growing trust, Renner shares with her stories of his childhood and his mentally abusive mother. Unbeknown to Jamie and Chad, Renner learns the two are lovers, not siblings, and have been manipulating him to steal his breakthrough artificial intelligence creation. The self-aware A.I. manipulates Renner into torturing his neighbors, revenge for attempting to steal the A.I. away from its creator. Renner struggles to resists the A.I.'s demand that he kills Jamie because he desperately wants to believe her affection for him is real. However, he does not resist the demands on Chad's life.
