While it technically serves as the required EPA for our season, all performers will be able to select their union status. Answer accurately & read the breakdowns carefully. If you are unable to use our form for any reason, submissions may be e-mailed, but it is our strong preference for all submissions to be uploaded via the form whenever possible.
